The Traffic Police Force established 28 working groups with 50 officers, soldiers and 58 commune and ward police officers participating. The activities were deployed synchronously at junior high schools and high schools in the area.
The authorities coordinated with representatives of school principals to conduct a general inspection of 112 parking lots (64 parking lots within the school, 48 parking lots around the school gate area).
As a result, 114 cases of students not qualified to drive to school were discovered (7 cases parked in the school parking lot; 107 cases parked in the parking lot of people around the school); 131 cases of using substandard helmets. Notably, 182 cases of students hiding weapons in their vehicles.
The Traffic Police force requested 62 schools to comply with the commitment not to keep motorbikes for students who are not qualified to drive. The owners of 52 parking lots near schools requested not to keep motorbikes for students who are not qualified to drive.

The Provincial Traffic Police Department recommends that parents do not give their children motorbikes or scooters to them when they are not old enough to drive. Schools and residents around the school area do not take care of motorbikes or scooters for students who are not yet qualified to drive to school.
