According to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tam, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Can Tho City Party Committee, the movement aims to raise awareness and basic skills on digital transformation for all people, with the spirit of revolution, the whole people, comprehensiveness, leaving no one behind. Each person is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to adapt, exploit, and enjoy the achievements of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation in daily life.
The movement will be widely deployed to every residential area, hamlet, and region; aiming to build a nationwide movement to compete in learning and practicing digital skills. Cadres and party members must be pioneers, exemplary, spreading the spirit of self-study, self-improvement of digital capacity, gradually turning learning and applying digital knowledge into a natural need in the community.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee Truong Canh Tuyen emphasized: "Digital literacy for all" must become a revolutionary movement of the entire people, with depth and breadth, leaving no one behind. Each cadre, party member, civil servant and public employee needs to implement the motto "going to every alley, to every house, guiding every person" with the spirit of "rapid deployment - widespread connection - smart application" .
In order for the movement to be practically effective, Can Tho City will synchronously deploy key solutions such as: strengthening extensive propaganda, diversifying forms, suitable for each target group; organizing online and direct classes and courses on easily accessible platforms; promoting the role of socio- political organizations, Community Digital Technology Teams and grassroots propaganda teams in supporting people.
In particular, the city will focus on training digital skills for vulnerable groups and building models such as "Digital Family", "Digital Rural Area", "Community Digital Technology Team", creating a foundation for forming a comprehensive and sustainable digital community.
