Hai Duong City completes removal of temporary and dilapidated houses

Hai Duong City has completed the construction and repair of 124 houses, becoming the first unit in the province to complete the removal of temporary and dilapidated houses for policy beneficiaries.

According to the software system that monitors the progress of the province's implementation of the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses, by May 27, Hai Duong City had completed the construction of 55 new houses and the repair of 46 houses for meritorious people, poor and near-poor households. During the implementation process, the city added 17 new houses and 6 repaired houses, bringing the total number of houses repaired and built to 124.

Up to now, 100% of people with revolutionary contributions, martyrs' relatives in need, poor and near-poor households with temporary or dilapidated houses in the city have new houses.

Hai Duong City is the first unit of Hai Duong province to complete the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for policy beneficiaries.

According to the tracking software system, the house repairs for basic policy households in Hai Duong are basically completed. Currently, there is only one house under repair in Thanh Mien district.

Regarding the construction of new houses, the whole province has completed 490 houses, reaching nearly 71%.

During this period, Hai Duong has 691 policy households having new houses built, 761 households having their houses repaired. Hai Duong strives to complete the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for policy families before June 20.
