On November 2, at Phu Nhuan High School (Duc Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), the City Youth Union and the Ho Chi Minh City Student Support Center organized the "High School Students" Festival and the Festival of Clubs - Teams - Groups of high school students, vocational education students, and continuing education students for the 2025-2026 school year with the theme "Proud to be a 3-good student" . The event attracted more than 3,000 students to participate.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the festival, Mr. Nguyen Dang Khoa, Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Student Association of Ho Chi Minh City, said: The festival is a series of activities for high school students, aiming to create a healthy environment and a useful playground, helping them have the opportunity to exchange and learn with friends of the same age; at the same time, experience playgrounds of skills, academics, discovery and self-development. Thereby, the program contributes to orienting students to develop positively and comprehensively in all 3 aspects: good study - good morality - good physical strength.
"I really hope that through activities like today, the "3 Good Students" movement will spread more widely among students throughout the city, so that more and more students will achieve the title of 3 Good Students, and the city's student movement will continue to achieve many good results in the coming time," Mr. Nguyen Dang Khoa emphasized.
Mr. Nguyen Dang Khoa added that before the program took place in Ho Chi Minh City, the City Youth Union organized two similar activities in the old Binh Duong and old Ba Ria - Vung Tau areas.

Participating in the Festival, students experience a variety of activities, combining learning, skill training and self-discovery through many lively thematic areas.
In the area of 3 Good Students - Learning with Passion , students can participate in the space "Connecting Technology - Creating the Future", try out technology products, interact online and apply AI in learning and working. The space "Creative Universe - Discovering STEM", STEAM attracts a large number of students with experiences in assembling robots, 3D models, automatic programming, solving math problems and fun science experiments.
Many young people are interested in the Personality Reading - Enhance Opportunities area, where they can take IQ, EQ, PQ tests... to discover their strengths, potentials and suitable career orientation.
In addition to training knowledge, the 3 Good Students - Training Ethics area is also a destination for creative souls. Here, students can participate in the "Challenge of Skillful Hands - Test of Discovery" booth such as pottery, knitting, making clay figurines, handmade items...; the "Future Drawings - Emotional Colors" space, where students can freely draw acrylic paintings, write calligraphy under the guidance of artisans and experts.
In parallel, the Festival of Clubs - Teams - Groups of high school students, vocational education students, and continuing education students in the 2025-2026 school year also took place enthusiastically. In the space of "Learning theory - Understanding practice - Loving creativity", clubs, academic and scientific research teams displayed models and creative products, and at the same time exchanged, introduced activities, and performed typical arts.
The festival also organized the Final Round of the "Youth Dance" contest , where the teams performed cheerleading and modern dances to vibrant music, demonstrating the youth, confidence and solidarity of the city's students.
Nguyen Phan Tuong Linh, a student of class 11A4, Phu Nhuan High School, shared: "I am very excited to attend the Festival. This is an opportunity for me and my friends to exchange, learn and visit many creative models. I especially like the space "Future Drawings - Emotional Colors". This is the first time I have learned to paint with a brush and write calligraphy under the guidance of the teachers. I have just learned how to write the word 'An' in calligraphy, I will bring it home to hang as a souvenir. 'An' means wishing everyone peace."
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee awarded 47 scholarships, each worth 2 million VND in cash and an English scholarship worth 12 million VND to students in Ho Chi Minh City with excellent academic achievements. Thus, in the 2025-2026 school year, the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union and the Ho Chi Minh City Student Support Center awarded 302 scholarships with a total value of 773 million VND to students in the city after the merger.
