After watching the product, director Tran Thanh praised the MV for its "very cinematic" image quality, colors and camera angles, but criticized Van Mai Huong's acting.
He asked: "Honestly, in this audience, how many people think Huong is performing as the female lead in the MV?"
When seeing the number of raised hands become sparse and then more, Tran Thanh suddenly declared: "I think the MV just now is not good enough, to be frank, it is not good enough for the female lead. Because you will see Van Mai Huong acting in Tran Thanh's 5th Tet movie. Mai Huong will be the latest invention in acting".
Van Mai Huong appeared surprised and thanked Tran Thanh for his love and confirmed her participation in his film.
According to VietNamNet reporter's private source, Van Mai Huong will be in the main cast of the 2026 Tet film directed by Tran Thanh. The position of this role is equivalent to Uyen An, Phuong Anh Dao and Tieu Vy in Tet films of previous years, it can be determined that Van Mai Huong is the new "muse" of Tran Thanh's film series.

"After experiencing happiness, upheaval and even stupidity in love, I want to convey my own story in music with the frank and open perspective of modern women," the singer confided.
Musician Hua Kim Tuyen said that for the first time in the three collaborative albums, the song is entirely about Van Mai Huong's story and not his own experience. The song has lines like 'I remember the old days when you used to wait for me at the airport' or 'He and I used to listen to music together, and he praised my demo' , which are Van Mai Huong's real experiences.
The special highlight of Uot long lies in the new musical style that the crew calls Bole-Pop (a combination of Bolero and Pop), which is essentially the Rumba rhythm of Latin music combined with Bossa Nova. The song carries the nostalgic breath of Vietnamese music in the 1960s-70s.
"This song breaks the usual Pop structure by being 4 minutes and 20 seconds long instead of 2-3 minutes for easy streaming. We want to keep the full emotion of the song without focusing on trends," Hua Kim Tuyen shared. Notably, the song was mastered by Randy Merrill - a Grammy-winning sound engineer who has produced albums for superstars such as Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Adele, and Ariana Grande.
The highlight of the MV is the appearance of talented actor Thien Minh - Van Mai Huong's close friend of 16 years. "He rejected me twice before. The third time, Minh wrote on a napkin promising to act in the MV for me if there was a suitable project. I took a photo as evidence and uploaded it to Facebook," the singer said.
When asked about the pressure after the success of Dai Minh Tinh , Van Mai Huong affirmed: "We have never had any expectations about any product having to reach any ranking. Dai Minh Tinh has never been top 1 trending but still has its own value. For me and Tuyen, that is enough". The female singer also revealed that Uot Long had reached top 1 iTunes Vietnam (pre-order) before the official release date.
MV "Wet heart":
Wet Heart is the opening song for Van Mai Huong's 5th studio album, expected to be completed according to the promise of releasing an album every 2 years.
The singer hopes that Uot long will remind many people of the love stories they have experienced in their lives. "What I regret the most is not that person but the beautiful memories we have experienced together. The authentic material, the image with the breath of Asia and the MV evoke happiness and separation but not sadness."
On the same day, Den Vau also officially released the MV Lang lang . The song opens with a striking statement: "I don't know how to write healing music because I'm not a tailor". Although Den's music has been commented by the audience to have healing energy, he denies this role and gives the view that each person can heal themselves through the rap: "I think like a tree: each person can change their own leaves".

Den expresses his poetic writing style through images associated with nature such as "going into the forest to hear the faint scent from the mist", "swallowing a mouthful of flying sunlight is like carrying a body full of chlorophyll".
The rapper continues his signature wordplay when he adapts a familiar proverb: "A day's journey can be filled with nothing but a small basket", suggesting that the journey of learning does not need to be massive but only needs to be enough from small things.

The MV was filmed in the national forest, depicting the fresh scenery of nature with moments of Den walking in the forest, touching each leaf, ancient tree trunk, sitting on the porch of a wooden house watching the old forest.
Through Lang Lang , Den conveys the message that finding peace is not far away but right in everyone's mind - living with contentment, gratitude and slowly enjoying the little things. Happiness is simply observing nature, returning to being your truest self.
