As soon as the flooding situation appeared, Hai Van ward authorities quickly deployed warnings and blockades to prevent people from passing through deep and dangerous flooded areas; at the same time, they cleared fallen trees and obstacles to ensure smooth and safe traffic.

In Lien Chieu ward, since early morning of November 3, prolonged heavy rain has caused many roads to be deeply flooded, especially Au Co street, Road No. 4 of Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, Thanh Vinh 9 street, DT601 route through Van Duong 2 area and some other low-lying areas.
According to the Lien Chieu Ward Public Service Supply Center, in the face of the complicated situation, the Ward Rescue Team promptly arrived and quickly supported the evacuation of people in low-lying areas to safety.
At the same time, people are advised to limit going out and not to travel through flooded areas to ensure safety of life and property; people are encouraged to keep their belongings and vehicles high, and to proactively monitor weather forecasts to respond promptly.

In Hoa Khanh ward, heavy rain caused severe flooding in many areas such as: Me Suot street (lane 161), alleys of Hoang Van Thai street, Da Co bridge area, Khe Can Nguyen Nhu Hanh street, Nguyen Dinh Tu street...
Water in the ditches and drainage pipes flows rapidly, along with garbage and obstructions causing blockages, making the flooding situation more serious. Especially in the Skull Mountain area, landslides have appeared, hindering traffic and threatening the safety of people.

Hoa Khanh Ward Police mobilized all personnel on duty, coordinated with grassroots security forces and ward military to synchronously deploy measures such as: cleaning up trash, clearing water flow; supporting the evacuation of people in deeply flooded areas; placing warning signs and guiding people to avoid dangerous landslides...

Along with that, officers and soldiers of Regiment 971 ( Da Nang City Military Command) were present in time at Group 68, Hoa Khanh Ward (Me Suot Street) to evacuate people and property from the deeply flooded area.
Currently, wards in the northwest of the city continue to closely monitor weather developments, maintain 24/7 on-duty forces, and mobilize vehicles and human resources to support people when necessary.
