Get comments on building the 2026 resource tax calculation table

On November 3, the Department of Finance said it had just requested the Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Justice, Taxation of Da Nang City, and People's Committees of wards and communes to give their opinions on the 2026 Natural Resources Tax Calculation Table before November 5, 2025.

Accordingly, the draft Price list for calculating resource tax in the city is applied to the following groups: metallic minerals, non-metallic minerals, natural forest products, natural seafood, natural water, natural bird's nests and other resources. Comments are sent to the Department of Finance for synthesis and submission to the City People's Committee for consideration and promulgation to ensure the prescribed time.

It is known that the Department of Finance is soliciting comments on the draft Decision of the City People's Committee on promulgating the Price List for calculating natural resource tax in Da Nang City. Through reviewing the Price List for calculating natural resource tax according to regulations; price for calculating natural resource tax in Da Nang City (old), Quang Nam (old) and price for calculating natural resource tax in neighboring provinces and cities (Quang Ngai, Nghe An, Phu Yen), price announcements of enterprises, the Department of Finance will compare, contrast, synthesize, and draft the Price List for calculating natural resource tax in the city to be applied in 2026.
