
Accordingly, Tr'Hy Border Guard Station sent a working group of 15 officers and soldiers, along with local police forces, to support the transfer of patients by motorbike and on foot.
The patients receiving support include: Bling Clôơch (born in 1946, residing in Ki'nonh village) with lung disease and difficulty breathing; Alang Thi Bhuih (born in 1953), Alang Quán (born in 2022, both residing in Ch'nóc village) with cough and fever; and Bríu Thị Noon (born in 1996, residing in T'râm village) who is about to give birth.

Due to prolonged heavy rain, the roads from Hung Son commune to Tay Giang Regional Medical Center were seriously eroded and cut off. The forces had to overcome many slippery roads, cross streams, and wade through mud to get patients out of the danger zone.
