Speaking at the program, Deputy Director of Hanoi Social Insurance Nguyen Cong Dinh said: Taking place from 9:00 a.m. on July 2, 2025 to 9:00 a.m. on July 20, 2025 (19 days) in the form of online at the link: http://thitructuyen.bhxhkhuvuc1.org, the online contest "Learning about policies and laws on Social Insurance and Health Insurance in 2025" has created a useful playground, contributing to raising awareness of people, workers and businesses about policies and laws on Social Insurance and Health Insurance (BHYT). The contest was organized seriously, fairly and received positive responses, attracting a large number of participants, creating a wide spread, effectively responding to propaganda work on social networking platforms, expanding the scope of access to more subjects. Most of the contestants (participants) of the Contest have a basic understanding of the regulations, policies and laws on social insurance and health insurance and have a relatively high rate of correct answers.

The total number of contestants was 74,085. The total number of visits to the contest system (Website) was 128,476. The total number of contestants was 94,854. Of which, an average of 7.64% of contestants achieved the maximum score of 10/10 (7,251), 13.33% of contestants achieved a score of 9/10 (12,642), and 16.93% of contestants achieved a score of 8/10 (16,059). Contestants from employers in the city accounted for 40.63% (50,212 participants) of the total 123,582 units monitored by the Organizing Committee. Contest participants include freelance workers, students (23,873 participants), accounting for 32.22% of contestants.

Based on the criteria of the Contest, the Organizing Committee has objectively and fairly selected the entries with the highest results and recognized the results for 18 contestants with 01 First Prize, 02 Second Prizes, 05 Third Prizes and 10 Consolation Prizes.

In which, the first prize belongs to contestant Nguyen Van Nam (Van Dinh commune, Hanoi ), 2 second prizes belong to contestants Nguyen Thi Hong (Phuong Duc commune, Hanoi ), Nguyen Thi Loan (Tung Thien ward, Hanoi ).

The 5 Third Prizes went to contestants Pham Ngoc Quyen, Duong Cao De, Nguyen Huu Long (all from Tung Thien ward, Hanoi), Nguyen Van Truong (Hoai Duc commune, Hanoi), Nguyen Van Oanh (Thuong Tin commune, Hanoi).

Appreciating the effectiveness of the Contest in honoring and encouraging individuals who won prizes, outstanding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in disseminating information, policies and laws on social insurance and health insurance, Director of Hanoi Social Insurance Nguyen Ngoc Huyen emphasized: The results of the Contest show that this is not only a meaningful playground but also a new model, an effective way of communicating policies and laws on social insurance and health insurance in the digital transformation era. After 3 weeks of implementation, the Contest was a great success, creating a widespread social effect and leaving a good impression on civil servants, public employees, workers and people of the Capital.

Sharing about the significance of this meaningful activity, the first prize winner Nguyen Van Nam said that through participating in the contest, he had a firm grasp of the latest policies on social insurance and health insurance, contributing to improving access to healthcare services. The state's social insurance and health insurance policies have many contents of special interest and incentives for the poor, people with chronic diseases, and serious illnesses.
