Deploying economic models to help poor households develop in the 2024-2029 period

People grow crops to develop the local economy .

It is known that the general goal of the project is to support poor and near-poor households to develop their production economy, diversify their livelihoods, replicate poverty reduction models to improve their material and spiritual life, increase people's income, and limit re-poverty through this project.

The estimated budget for mobilizing the implementation of this project is 20 billion VND. The number of households to be supported is 1,000, with a support level of 20 million VND/household, including workers from poor households, near-poor households, priority given to poor households of ethnic minorities, poor households with members who have contributed to the revolution, people with disabilities (without a stable livelihood) and women from poor households.

From the mobilized resources to implement this project, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Yen province will disburse funds for households participating in the project to purchase breeding stock and breeding materials themselves and organize training and transfer science and technology to households participating in the project, ensuring publicity, democracy, transparency, participation and commitment of the people in building and implementing the project.

During the project implementation period (expected 36 months), households receiving capital support must repay the project 30% of the amount of support for poor households and 40% of the amount of support for near-poor households to be transferred to other poor and near-poor households in each district.

To have a basis for developing the project, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Yen province conducted a survey of 15 models introduced by the locality and socio -political organizations of Phu Yen province.
