Phong Phu launches campaign to enrich and clean up land database

The representative of the Economic , Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department of the ward approved the content of the Campaign Implementation Plan. In particular, focusing on key tasks such as: Determining the goals, participation methods and responsibilities of the people; guiding the necessary documents; procedures for collecting and processing land data information (information on land plots, land users, owners of assets attached to land, land use right certificates and citizen identification cards...).

Accordingly, the Ward People's Committee will establish teams to collect records in each residential group, with the participation of organizations and grassroots security forces. This is the core force "going from house to house" to collect, scan and enter data on land use right certificates and owner information, serving the work of enriching and cleaning up local land data, ensuring the principles of "Correct - Sufficient - Clean - Living - Unified - Shared Use". After the data is digitized, it will be entered into form 01 to complete the land database in the area.

The campaign takes place from now until November 30, 2025, requiring synchronous, drastic and effective implementation, mobilizing the participation of the entire political system, and implementing according to the motto "clear people, clear work, clear time, clear results, clear responsibilities and clear authority".

Mr. Nguyen Huu Duong, Vice Chairman of Phong Phu Ward People's Committee, emphasized: The land data cleaning campaign is not only a technical activity but also a breakthrough in administrative reform, contributing to improving management efficiency, serving the people better; promoting digital transformation and strengthening people's trust in transparency and fairness in land management.
