Implementing cooperation program between Binh Thuan and Tuyen Quang

In the spirit of cooperation between the two Departments ( Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan province ) and ( Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tuyen Quang province ) , a cooperation agreement in the field of culture, sports and tourism was signed on July 5, 2023. The two localities will organize cultural, sports and tourism activities from 2024 and the following years , with a rotation cycle of every 2 years . In 2024, it will be held in Tuyen Quang, in 2026, it will be held in Binh Thuan and continue to rotate in the following years , with cultural, sports and tourism exchange activities to exchange, introduce, promote, and learn from each other's experiences; pay attention to and prioritize promoting the potential and advantages of each locality; strengthen solidarity and attachment between Binh Thuan and Tuyen Quang.

Accordingly , the two sectors will exchange performance targets for political tasks every two years, along with other fields . Specifically: In the field of physical education and sports , regularly exchange expertise, share and learn experiences in physical education and sports activities; in management and consulting on policies to support the development of mass sports and high-performance sports. Cooperate in training and developing high-performance sports with strengths and spearheads suitable to the needs and capacities of the two localities.

In particular, in the field of tourism between the two localities, there will be cooperation in developing tourism products connecting the two localities based on the tourism development potential of the two localities (forests - seas - lakes - historical relics), selecting typical tourism products to introduce and orienting tourism businesses of the two localities to cooperate in building programs and tourism routes connecting the two localities, in order to exchange and increase the number of tourists, creating conditions for connecting the travel business system, accommodation, and tourist transportation. Encourage tourism businesses to actively participate in stimulating tourism through promotional programs, discounts while still ensuring the quality of tourism services, creating common tourism products, promoting and marketing together.

Binh Thuan and Tuyen Quang will exchange experiences in developing tourism products associated with the characteristics of their localities. Every year, Binh Thuan province establishes a delegation of tourism businesses and travel agencies of Binh Thuan to participate in cultural and tourism activities and events of Tuyen Quang province at the invitation of the province and vice versa. Joint tourism promotion aims to promote the tourism image of the two localities to domestic and foreign tourists.

Support and facilitate tourism promotion and introduction activities on the mass media of each locality; regularly update tourism information of the parties on the locality's electronic information page. Coordinate the organization of Famtrip groups to promote and market tourism products of each locality; support the building of tourism images. Timely inform about plans to organize annual cultural, sports and tourism events of the localities; actively support and facilitate the participation of relevant Departments, agencies, units and tourism businesses.
