Authorities will increase inspections at wholesale markets, roads, waterways, transit points, warehouses and especially on e-commerce platforms and social networks - where smuggling and counterfeiting are becoming more complicated. Key commodity groups include: gasoline, pharmaceuticals, functional foods, fertilizers, cosmetics, food, fashion , gold and silver, construction materials, foreign currency, etc.

Three provincial-level interdisciplinary inspection teams were established to monitor and handle specific areas such as industry and trade, health, agriculture and environment. The inspection must be "focused and key", avoiding formalities and not hindering legitimate business activities. The working group also emphasized the motto of implementing "6 clear": clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear products, clear authority.
