Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh said that the project is one of the premises for the city to continue implementing the infrastructure renovation plan for the remaining inner-city roads in the coming time. From there, creating a spacious appearance for the entire city center, better serving the development of tourism , the daily needs of the people and moving towards a green, clean and beautiful environmental city.

On behalf of the city's leaders, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and efforts of the Management Board of Priority Infrastructure Investment Projects of Da Nang City and the departments, branches, Hai Chau District People's Committee, Thanh Khe District People's Committee and related units for closely coordinating, implementing the process and procedures for preparing the Project in accordance with regulations, and implementing the construction on schedule.
The project is located in the urban center, with high traffic density, therefore, in order to deploy construction and implement the project on schedule, ensure safety and quality as required, minimize the impact on traffic as well as the lives of people in the area, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh requested the City Priority Infrastructure Investment Projects Management Board - the unit assigned to be the investor and project manager - to learn from the experience of implementing similar projects on Hung Vuong - Ly Thai To route, continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, organize management and operate the Project to ensure strict compliance with the provisions of law.
City leaders performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the Project to renovate the drainage system and lay underground information cables and lighting on 04 inner-city roads.
At the same time, together with the Contractors, seriously implement the contents that the parties have committed to today and according to the signed Contract; strengthen the application of information technology in management work to promptly handle problems, effectively deploy technical solutions, develop traffic diversion plans, organize multi-pronged construction, ensure science, work neatly and strive to complete items earlier than the set schedule.
Danang Electricity Company Limited and telecommunications units proactively coordinate closely with investors and contractors in organizing the construction of related items to ensure synchronization, avoiding repeated digging and filling, causing unsafety, affecting people's lives and project progress.
The project to renovate the drainage system and lay underground information cables and lighting on 04 inner-city roads has a total investment of more than 281 billion VND; Land use area is 143,130m2.
Relevant departments, branches and sectors within their functions continue to coordinate and support units to effectively implement the project.
According to Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh, this project is one of the city's key projects, requiring a long construction time, so it will directly affect the living space, business and activities of the people.
Therefore, the city leaders hope that the people in the area will pay attention and create favorable conditions for the units to deploy and implement the project smoothly, ensuring the required progress. The city leaders will strengthen inspection and direction so that the project can be completed according to plan.
