KCNA news agency has just released a white paper accusing South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol of putting South Korea at risk of nuclear war through his policies toward North Korea.
The white paper was compiled by the DPRK's Enemy State Research Institute and released by KCNA today, November 3. In this document, Pyongyang criticized Mr. Yoon's statements on war, saying they were "reckless, abandoning elements of an inter-Korean agreement, engaging in nuclear war planning with the US and seeking closer ties with Japan and NATO."
“Their increasingly worsening military moves will only paradoxically result in pushing (North Korea) to stockpile nuclear weapons at an exponential pace and further develop its nuclear strike capabilities,” the white paper said.

There is no word yet on President Yoon's reaction to North Korea's white paper. Earlier on October 1, President Yoon warned that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un would face the end of his regime if he used nuclear weapons against South Korea, according to AFP.
President Yoon is seen as taking a hard line on North Korea, which has developed nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programs despite condemnation from the United States, South Korea and other countries, according to Reuters.
North Korea also recently designated South Korea as a hostile state. Pyongyang also blew up inter-Korean roads and railways on the North Korean side of the border last month.
The two Koreas have also been at odds over garbage balloons launched from North Korea since May. North Korea says the balloon launches are in response to balloons sent by anti-Pyongyang activists in South Korea.
