Participating in the inspection delegation were leaders of the Special Forces and representatives of a number of functional agencies of the Ministry of National Defense .

Through the practical inspection and listening to the unit commander's report, Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung commended and acknowledged the results and achievements of the Brigade since the beginning of 2025. He requested the Party Committee and Brigade commander to continue to review and comprehensively complete the 2025 mission targets as well as the extraordinary tasks that the Brigade has identified, and at the same time carefully prepare to summarize the 2025 tasks, build a plan and deploy the 2026 tasks with high quality and efficiency.

Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung gave a directive speech at the working session with Brigade officers.

The Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics emphasized: “To successfully complete the tasks in the coming time, the Brigade needs to proactively grasp, forecast and correctly assess the situation, promptly advise and propose to the Party Committee and the Command of the Special Forces on policies and solutions to effectively handle situations, not to be passive or surprised, especially during major holidays and the 14th National Congress of the Party. Along with that, the Brigade must maintain close coordination and cooperation with local Party committees, authorities and relevant forces in carrying out assigned political tasks.”

Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung also requested the Brigade to regularly review, supplement, improve and organize practice to master combat plans, enhance training skills and experience in handling situations for soldiers. The Brigade continues to innovate and improve the quality of training, political education , traditions, build a regular routine, and strictly manage discipline. It is especially important to pay attention to the work of building a clean and strong Party organization, strictly complying with the principles of organizing Party activities, leadership regulations in important aspects; strictly complying with the principles, regulations, processes and provisions on personnel work; strengthening inspection and supervision work, well implementing internal political protection work; managing and using weapons, equipment and means well, ensuring high combat readiness in all situations.

In addition, the Brigade pays attention to building strong mass organizations, coordinating with localities to effectively carry out mass mobilization work, build safe areas; strictly implement grassroots democracy regulations, and strengthen democratic dialogue with cadres and soldiers.

At the end of the inspection, Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung expressed his belief that the 429th Special Forces Brigade will continue to promote its tradition, build a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" unit, and excellently complete all assigned tasks in all situations.
