The preparation of compensation and support plans will be carried out in parallel. Specifically, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will coordinate with the People's Committee of An Binh Ward to determine the origin of the recovered land and assets attached to the land; coordinate with the asset valuation consultancy unit of the companies and submit for approval the asset valuation certificate. The expected completion date is before July 10, 2025.
This plan will be sent to each business and publicly posted for 30 days as prescribed. After this period, the center will complete the compensation and support plan and submit it to the competent authority for approval, before August 15, 2025.
The center will then organize compensation and support payments and coordinate with relevant units to issue a land recovery notice before August 25, 2025.
Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park has an area of 320 hectares and is currently in the process of converting its function. According to the plan, the relocation of the factory to reclaim the land of this industrial park will be completed in 2025.
