Ham Thanh Commune People's Committee has 44 officials, civil servants, 3 specialized departments and Ham Thanh Commune Public Administration Service Center, ensuring operation from July 1, 2025. At the meeting, Comrade To Thi Xuan Thuy - Secretary of Ham Thanh Commune reported on the local situation since the merger. In general, the implementation of administrative unit arrangement and the 2-level local government organization model has been seriously and urgently implemented by the Party Committee and local government of Ham Thanh Commune. The work has been carried out with a high sense of responsibility by the entire Party Committee, local government and socio -political organizations, and with high consensus from the local people. The model has initially been put into operation, administrative procedures have been resolved promptly, and no bottlenecks have arisen in performing tasks.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ham Thanh commune also reported on the preparation for the new school year. Ham Thanh commune has received the original status of kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools under the management of the People's Committee of the commune, and repaired facilities to prepare for the new school year. From July 1 to 20, the Ham Thanh commune public administration center received 285 records. The rate of records returning results to people on time and before the deadline was 100%. However, on the software system, there was 1 record that was 14 minutes late due to an error in the software system. The rate of records on time on the software was 99.49%. The remaining 75 records were not due and are being processed.

The organization of collecting comments on the draft documents of the Party Congress was carried out in accordance with the correct procedures and regulations. In particular, Ham Thanh commune applied digital technology so that delegates attending the congress could scan QR codes to view documents.
