The second is to focus on discovering, planning and nurturing a team of managers, lecturers and scientists - the factors that determine the quality of training. According to Mr. Thuong, lecturers not only impart knowledge but also guide and inspire, helping students to form critical thinking, a spirit of lifelong learning to become global citizens with intelligence, humanity and a spirit of service.

Third is to continue reviewing and updating programs and textbooks according to international standards, enhancing practicality and adaptability for learners, so that graduates can develop their careers, take care of their families and contribute to society.

Fourth is to expand international cooperation, link with prestigious schools and educational organizations to access advanced programs, modern technology, and improve students' global integration capacity. "Students are the center of the educational mission and the pride of Van Lang University," Mr. Thuong emphasized.
