On the evening of July 22, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy announced the threshold to ensure input quality for regular university admission in 2025.

Accordingly, the minimum score for admission is 17 and the highest is 20.5. Among the 12 admission majors, Medicine and Dentistry lead with 20.5 points; followed by Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy with 19 points each.

8 majors include: Preventive Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Nutrition, Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health , Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Imaging Technology with 17 points.

In 2025, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy will enroll 2,750 students. Of which, the school will enroll 2,325 students for the regular university system and 390 students for the regular bridging system.

This quota is distributed widely across 12 training majors. For the regular university system, the Medical major has the largest number with 1,000 quotas, in addition to 130 quotas for the Medical major (English). The Dental major has 175 quotas, and the Pharmacy major has 200 quotas.

Regarding tuition fees, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy has announced the expected tuition fees for the 2025-2026 school year, for full-time university students, ranging from 44.4 million VND to more than 63 million VND/school year.

Specifically, the highest expected tuition fees are for Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy. The lowest are for Medical Imaging, Midwifery, Public Health and Nutrition.

The remaining majors such as Traditional Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Engineering have tuition fees within the above range.
