
It took us nearly 30 minutes from the center of Ta Xua commune, following provincial road 112, to reach Lang Cheu Secondary School, impressed by the solidly built classrooms, all classrooms equipped with smart TVs; computer room with 10 computers connected to the internet and a library and music room scientifically arranged. Taking us to visit the school, teacher Nguyen Huu Tung, Principal of Lang Cheu Secondary School, shared: This school year, the school has 8 classes, with 339 students, 18 staff and teachers. Students are mainly children of Mong ethnic people in villages far from the school, the roads are difficult to travel, so most students are boarding. With the attention of the State, along with investment in classrooms, the school also invested in boarding houses, kitchens and auxiliary works to ensure living and learning conditions. In addition, the school arranges staff and teachers to be on duty at the boarding school to monitor, manage and support students. Thanks to that, in recent years the number of students dropping out of school has decreased a lot, and the quality of education at the school has also gradually improved.
Focusing on innovating teaching methods, professional groups and teams regularly meet, exchange, learn from experiences and test and evaluate according to the orientation of developing students' capacity. Promoting the organization of experiential activities, physical education, scientific research and application of digital technology in teaching, creating a lively learning environment, helping students to be interested, confident in expressing themselves and nurturing the spirit of learning, wanting to go to school every day.

The school's teachers actively apply information technology to support lesson preparation and score and report card management. 100% of teachers are proficient in using information technology, many teachers create their own E-learning lessons; Information Technology is included in compulsory teaching from grade 6; STEM education model is integrated into subjects and career orientation experience activities. The school maintains the implementation of 10 STEM topics in subjects, creating opportunities for students to promote their abilities, passion for creativity, and connect theory with daily life. In the 2024-2025 school year, the school has 2 teachers achieving the title of excellent teacher, 22.2% of teachers have completed their tasks excellently. Students' learning outcomes have changed positively, with the rate of good and excellent accounting for 29.1%.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Van, the teacher in charge of the Youth Union, shared: Life skills education is integrated into related subjects, experiential education activities, team activities, and flag-raising activities. Teachers play a guiding role to help students practice necessary skills, sense of responsibility, and awaken their dreams of changing themselves through learning.

Extracurricular activities, arts, sports , life skills training and boarding skills are organized regularly, helping students practice independence, solidarity and initiative in learning. Ha Thi Xuan, class 9B, shared: We are always cared for, taught and enthusiastically tutored by teachers. Teachers not only teach knowledge in class but also regularly encourage and guide boarding activities, helping us feel love and closeness, thereby trying harder every day.
