Adapted from the best-selling novel of the same name by writer Thao Trang, “Tet O Lang Dia Nguc” vividly recreates the eerie village hidden in the wild mountains and forests, home to descendants of the notorious bandits of the Nguyen Lords in Dang Trong.

The ancient village setting was painstakingly searched for and staged among the steep mountains and white fog-covered forests of Ha Giang , helping many actors sublimate in their roles. Meritorious Artist Hanh Thuy shared the memory of "the first time I was so haunted by a role". Nguyen Thao and Vo Tan Phat both burst into tears when they first saw the realistic Hell Village setting, just like when reading a novel.

The costumes are also carefully crafted in every material and embroidery pattern to harmonize the traditional and unique features of each character. The special makeup stage also requires a lot of time to research and carefully create the shape to depict the mysterious and ghostly colors in each frame...

“Tet O Dia Nguc Village” consists of 12 episodes, each episode is 45 minutes long, invested in and produced by K+ Television and will be broadcast first on K+CINE channel and K+ App at 8:00 p.m. every Monday and Tuesday from October 23.
