What will be the objectivity and fairness when the Department's experts participate in supervising the remaining separate exams?

The separate exams of higher education institutions have relatively diverse requirements. But the proliferation of separate exams has lost this meaning.

Because each industry or each school has its own training characteristics, it will aim to require specific skills from students.

Ms. Nga said that in recent years, there has been a situation of "exam preparation centers" following their own exams, many candidates are busy studying for the exams. Not to mention, to participate in separate exams, candidates have to pay different exam fees. If candidates participate in many separate exams, it means they have to spend a large amount of money. These problems really need the intervention of the Ministry of Education and Training. But does the Ministry of Education and Training have enough experts to carry out the task or just "kidnap and abandon the plate", causing trouble for higher education institutions to seriously implement it?
