Nghia Hung District People's Committee dialogued with some citizens at Con Xanh

Kinhtedothi - On November 22, Nam Dinh Provincial Police held a dialogue conference between the People's Committee of Nghia Hung district and a number of citizens using land in the Con Xanh area within the scope of the Xuan Thien Nghia Hung Green Steel Factory project and the Xuan Thien Nam Dinh Green Steel Factory No. 1 project.

Attending the conference were representatives of a number of provincial departments and branches, leaders of the People's Committee of Nghia Hung district, departments, branches of the district, leaders of communes in the project area, 180 citizens who are raising aquatic products in the Con Xanh area and representatives of Xuan Thien Group Joint Stock Company.

The Provincial Police Director has directed the implementation of the plan, mobilizing many forces from professional departments and Nghia Hung District Police, ensuring absolute safety for officials and people participating in the dialogue.

In the process of performing duties, officers and soldiers must strictly comply with legal regulations; correctly implement procedures, working processes, information reporting regimes, behavioral culture and Public Security regulations.

At the dialogue conference, 16 opinions from household representatives were recorded; in which, the majority of opinions expressed support for the economic development policy of the province and district. In which, some opinions still proposed contents that had been answered by the Provincial People's Committee, provincial departments and branches and the District People's Committee in accordance with the law in previous dialogues.

At the conference, representatives of Xuan Thien Group Joint Stock Company continued to commit to supporting households that agree with the land clearance policy.

Concluding the conference, the leader of the People's Committee of Nghia Hung district emphasized that organizing a dialogue with representatives of households shows respect for the legitimate rights of the people, asking people to cooperate and support the policies and orientations of the province. By December 8, households must sign the handover minutes and return the land to the management authorities, otherwise, a record will be drawn up to handle violations of land law and they will not be able to receive support from enterprises.

Households that sign the land handover minutes on time, the government will create conditions for households to clean up their assets, adoptive children and receive clean land by May 27, 2025.

The representative of the People's Committee of Nghia Hung district also emphasized that the land fund in the coastal alluvial area of ​​Con Xanh is managed by the State, not land allocated for long-term use by the people. The process of implementing the project-related tasks of Xuan Thien Group in Con Xanh, Nam Dinh province has closely followed and strictly implemented the Central Government's direction; considered and evaluated carefully and thoroughly; and implemented in accordance with the planning, order and procedures as prescribed by law.

The implementation of industrial production projects in the Con Xanh area plays an important role, creating a premise to continue promoting and attracting many investment projects in production and socio-economic development of the province.
