On the afternoon of October 31, at the National Assembly House, the Committee for Science, Technology and Environment held a seminar to contribute ideas to the draft Law on Artificial Intelligence, chaired by Party Central Committee member and Chairman of the Committee for Science, Technology and Environment Nguyen Thanh Hai.

Speaking at the seminar, Chairman of the Committee for Science , Technology and Environment Nguyen Thanh Hai stated that the Artificial Intelligence Law project regulates a very new field, which is constantly open and changing.

It is clear that artificial intelligence currently raises many complex issues such as ethical management, security, digital sovereignty , legal responsibility, especially the current legal system cannot cover the field of artificial intelligence, so the Chairman of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment wishes to listen to the dedicated and responsible opinions of experts and scientists to contribute to building a truly high-quality, scientific and feasible Law project.
