Approving the election results of 2 Vice Chairmen of Hai Phong City People's Committee

The Prime Minister issued decisions dated October 31, 2025 approving the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong city for the 2021-2026 term.

Specifically, in Decision No. 2425/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Vu Tien Phung, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs.

Mr. Vu Tien Phung was born in 1972, from Hai Phong city, has a master's degree in Science and Technology Management, University of Foreign Economics, University of Political Theory Education, and senior politics.

Before being elected Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, Mr. Vu Tien Phung was Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee (old), Director of the Department of Internal Affairs of Hai Phong City (after merger).

In Decision No. 2426/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Le Trung Kien, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board.

Mr. Le Trung Kien was born in 1974, from Hung Yen, has a PhD in Business Administration, a BA in English, and a high level of political theory.

Before being elected Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee, Mr. Le Trung Kien was Secretary of Le Chan District Party Committee, Head of Hai Phong City Economic Zones Management Board.

Thus, the current leadership of the Hai Phong City People's Committee includes 1 Chairman, Mr. Le Ngoc Chau, and 6 Vice Chairmen, Mr. Le Anh Quan, Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung, Mr. Tran Van Quan, Mr. Vu Tien Phung, and Mr. Le Trung Kien./.
