Girl's torn lip repaired after being attacked by her pet

Ms. HLC (18 years old, living in Ho Chi Minh City) was hospitalized with a tear in her upper and lower lips, nearly 5 cm long and 1.5 cm deep.

C. said that while playing with her pet dog, it suddenly bit her in the face, causing her mouth to tear open and blood to flow uncontrollably.

Girl's Lip Attacked by Pet After Doctors Patched It Up

Doctors at JW Cosmetic Hospital cleaned the wound, disinfected it, and performed cosmetic surgery on C's lips. Thanks to her timely arrival at the hospital, the wound was still fresh, making it easier for doctors to perform the procedure.

After stopping the bleeding, the wound can still be treated with cosmetic sutures in the first 2-3 days. Doctors will use smaller threads and suture according to each muscle layer to restore the muscle structure, avoiding the case of the lips being crooked.
