Documents of the 14th Congress: Breakthrough solutions for rapid and sustainable national development

On October 15, the 13th Party Central Committee announced the full text of the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, to solicit comments from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio- political organizations, mass organizations, cadres, party members and people.

The draft documents received attention and agreement from a large number of cadres, party members and people of Thanh Hoa province.

Proactively train high-quality human resources

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Dau Ba Thin, Vice Rector of Hong Duc University, the Draft Political Report of the 14th Congress has proposed the policy of building a modern national education system on par with the region and the world, which is a new and urgent requirement for national development, enhancing competitiveness, developing high-quality human resources, promoting innovation, and ensuring rapid and sustainable national development. Because the country's development requirements in the new era definitely require new human resources - high-quality human resources.

A modern education system will create a competitive advantage for Vietnam. Advanced study programs and innovative teaching methods will help Vietnamese students be able to work in an international environment, attract investment and external resources, and promote cooperation in science and technology.

The Vice President of Hong Duc University said that in recent years, the school has identified building a team of good, dedicated, highly qualified and professional staff and lecturers as an important step in developing the training brand. Giving opinions on the content of streamlining the organizational apparatus of the political system; promoting decentralization, ensuring unified management of the Central Government, promoting the proactive role of localities as emphasized in the documents, Secretary of the Party Committee of Thieu Tien commune Le Viet Chi stated the view that the 14th National Party Congress is an important political event, of decisive significance for the future development of the country in the new era.

In the context of the world undergoing rapid, profound and unpredictable changes; the country is vigorously implementing very important strategic decisions; the documents submitted to the 14th Congress not only summarize the development journey of the past 5 years, determine the goals and tasks for the next 5 years, but also shape the strategic thinking, vision and development orientation of the country until the mid-21st century.

The draft documents submitted to the 14th Congress, with their innovative structures and contents, demonstrated the spirit of looking straight at the truth and objectively assessing the situation, on that basis proposing a system of guiding viewpoints, national development goals, orientations, key tasks and breakthrough solutions for rapid and sustainable development of the country, demonstrating the strong aspiration of the entire nation in the new era.

The Party Secretary of Thieu Tien commune believes that carrying out the revolution of streamlining the apparatus of the political system, at the same time promoting decentralization and delegation of power while still ensuring the unified management of the Central Government and promoting the proactive role of localities is a new way of thinking, a vision and a strategic breakthrough to build a streamlined, strong, efficient, effective and efficient apparatus of the political system; creating momentum for fast and sustainable socio-economic development. According to the Party Secretary of Thieu Tien commune, after more than 4 months of operation, the practice in Thieu Tien commune shows that organizing the local government according to the 2-level model has helped shorten the intermediate levels, increasing concentration in direction and administration. Instead of going through many stages as before, the instructions and decisions are communicated directly and synchronously, shortening the processing time and significantly reducing administrative costs; communes and wards access resources more quickly and equally.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Thieu Tien commune will concretize the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and the Resolution of the 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress with a specific action program, associated with solutions to implement the main targets, 6 key tasks, and 2 breakthroughs identified by the Resolution of the Commune Party Committee. The Party Committee of the commune continues to be united, democratic, disciplined, focusing on building a strong Party Committee and political system, operating effectively, efficiently, and effectively; determined to successfully implement the socio-economic development goals for the 2025-2030 period.
