Saigon Maritime Transport Joint Stock Company (SGS) has just announced that it has received resignation letters from the company's leaders, including: Chairman of the Board of Directors - Mr. Le Minh; Member of the Board of Directors - Ms. Huynh Nhu Y; and Member of the Supervisory Board - Ms. Duong Thi Kim Kieu.
All three leaders resigned citing family reasons. Notably, Ms. Duong Thi Kim Kieu submitted her resignation three times. Her first resignation was on May 25, 2022, but it was not accepted. She submitted another resignation in June 2022. However, in September 2023, the court overturned the 7/2022 General Shareholders' Meeting Resolution of Saigon Maritime Transport, preventing her from resigning.
