Vietnam and Cuba strengthen defense cooperation

A delegation of high-ranking political officials of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA), led by Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Standing Member of the Central Military Commission, Director of the General Department of Politics, visited and worked in Cuba from October 5-9 to implement the common perception of the high-ranking leaders of the two countries and the two armies, contributing to consolidating and deepening bilateral defense cooperation, especially in the fields of party work and political work in the army.
