The contest has become a typical highlight, a professional playground that spreads widely, harmoniously combining pedagogy, digital technology and educational communication.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, journalist Trieu Ngoc Lam, Editor-in-Chief of Education and Times Newspaper, Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest, said: After more than 3 months of launching, the Organizing Committee has received more than 6,800 entries from teachers from all over the country. Each lecture is a message about the love of the profession, love of students and the sense of social responsibility of the teacher. It is creativity in content, innovation in methods, and above all, love and aspiration to build a "smoke-free school" in every lesson and every activity.
The contest lectures have strongly applied digital technology , combining visual images, illustrative videos, simulation situations and real stories, helping students easily absorb, empathize and actively participate. Not only stopping at warning about the harmful effects of tobacco, many lectures also arouse critical thinking skills, self-protection skills and a positive lifestyle, helping students love themselves, respect others and know how to say "no" to tobacco.

The results of this year's competition reflect a colorful picture of the creativity and dedication of the teaching staff. The Organizing Committee has structured the awards for 2 levels (middle school and high school) with a total of 38 individuals and 10 groups honored, who are teachers who have turned knowledge into action, turning lectures into living messages. Specifically: First prize includes 1 group and 1 individual; Second prize includes 2 groups and 3 individuals; Third prize includes 2 groups and 5 individuals; Encouragement prize is awarded to 10 individuals.
The Head of the Organizing Committee of the competition assessed that many outstanding works demonstrated new pedagogical thinking, knowing how to integrate knowledge of biology, chemistry, life skills, exploiting the psychology of teenagers, or using the form of dramatization, group interaction... All of these show the strong transformation of Vietnamese education in the era of technology and integration.
The competition is not only limited to the professional level, but has truly become an educational movement spreading across the country. Teachers participate not only to compete for prizes, but also to learn, share and spread the spirit of responsibility and love for the profession.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Chairman of the Vietnam Education Trade Union, Deputy Head of the Final Jury Nguyen Ngoc An emphasized that selecting the best lectures from more than 6,000 entries was a process full of effort and challenges. He said that improving public health needs to start with school health, especially in the context of society facing hidden dangers that destroy health, including tobacco products with many dangerous addictive substances.

"It is time to sound the alarm about the dangers of addictive substances that are destroying health. The contest is not only a professional playground, but also a meaningful communication activity, especially aimed at students," Mr. Nguyen Ngoc An emphasized.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc An also acknowledged the teachers' sensitivity and creativity in conveying difficult content to students. Many lectures have been built outside the framework of textbooks, demonstrating many new teaching methods and techniques, suitable to the psychology and receptiveness of students.
“In many diverse ways, teachers have helped students proactively avoid tobacco. Many lectures clearly explain the mechanisms, harmful effects and specifically illustrate addictive substances. In the context of these substances becoming increasingly difficult to identify, I believe that carefully designed lectures will have a positive effect in class,” Mr. Nguyen Ngoc An shared.
