The People's Committee of Vinh Long province has just issued Decision No. 1041/QD-UBND approving the investment policy and approving the investor of the My Thuan Trade - Service - Tourism Area project of Thanh Do Construction Group Joint Stock Company (Headquartered in Ward 13, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City).
The project is located in Tan Ngai ward, Vinh Long city, Vinh Long province; the land area used by the project is 143,424.5 m2.
Products and services provided by the project include: Tourist apartments, hotels, townhouses, single villas, twin villas, shophouses, conference center, riverside restaurants, clubs, swimming pools.

The project has a construction area of 79,386 m2. Of which, Area A has a construction land area of 27,557 m2, including: 20-storey tourist apartments; 18-storey hotel; 2-storey conference center; 1-storey riverside restaurant; 4-storey townhouses with 71 units; swimming pool 1 with an area of 500 m2.
Area B has a construction land area of 51,829 m2, including: 4-storey townhouses with 62 units; 3-storey detached villas with 71 units; 3-storey semi-detached villas with 107 units; 2-storey clubhouse; 2 swimming pools with an area of 300 m2 and 1-storey stalls with an area of 50 m2.
The project has a total investment capital of more than 2,060 billion VND, equivalent to more than 88.5 million USD. Of which, the contributed capital to implement the project is more than 412 billion VND; mobilized capital is more than 1,648 billion VND.
Regarding implementation progress, the project will be completed and put into use in September 2026.
