Báo Dân tríBáo Dân trí16/03/2025

(Dan Tri) - On the opening day, The Miyabi model villa (Vinhomes Royal Island, Hai Phong ) welcomed thousands of visitors, affirming the appeal of the Japanese-style low-rise product line at Vinhomes Royal Island Vu Yen.

Experience Japanese style living space

On March 15, many customers and investors came to Vu Yen Island, Hai Phong, to attend the opening event of The Miyabi model villa - Vinhomes Royal Island.

Many guests were surprised when the investor introduced two model villas, semi-detached and detached, giving them a real experience of Japanese-style living space from design, decoration to interior and surrounding landscape.

Ms. Duong Thanh Huong (Hai Phong) was impressed with the way the investor and design team brought the Japanese spirit here. "Entering the model house, I was impressed with the details that were all arranged delicately, neatly, and in harmony with the natural landscape and utility planning," Ms. Huong said.

True to its name, The Miyabi, the two model villas exude sophistication, elegance and quintessence. Thanks to the hand of architect Kengo Kuma, each project is like a masterpiece of living art - where nature and people blend together.

The highlight is the seamless green corridor layout. Instead of separate courtyards, the Japanese garden is connected from the front to the side of the house and leads to a private beach on the back porch. This design not only creates a long walking path, but also maintains the green color throughout every step of the homeowner.

"The Japanese garden is exquisite in every detail, from the winding entrance, bonsai trees, koi pond, to each carefully arranged stone slab and pebble. I considered many places, but The Miyabi convinced me right from the first experience," said Mr. Nguyen Viet Tung, a customer who just closed the contract to buy a semi-detached villa at The Miyabi on the day of the tour.

Through space, architecture, and design, The Miyabi model villa also subtly conveys the philosophy of "truth - peace - beauty", recreating the quintessence of Japanese culture in a contemporary breath. Every detail, from the wooden slat system, tiled roof to walls, honors the minimalist yet luxurious beauty. Highlights such as gold-plated walls, glass railings, etc. elevate the living space to a high-class but not ostentatious level.

Along with The Miyabi, The Komorebi subdivision is also attracting the attention of investors and customers who love the Japanese lifestyle. If The Miyabi recreates the beauty of the four seasons through the Zen Garden park, The Komorebi brings a relaxing and active ecosystem at the Youth Garden park and the large Ikigai Park.

The owners of this pair of subdivisions own a system of health care facilities. The highlight is the Ikigai Wellness Center, where residents can enjoy onsen hot mineral baths. Many facilities are constantly expanding at Vinhomes Royal Island with VinWonders & Safari expected to open in June; Vincom Mega Mall launched in August.

As soon as they settle down in the Japanese-style villas, The Miyabi residents enjoy a high-class living space with a series of luxury amenities and a series of international festivals held all four seasons of the year.

Infrastructure breakthrough

Also on March 15, the Royal Bridge officially closed. Once put into operation, expected from August, the bridge will help shorten the travel time from Vinhomes Royal Island subdivision to the center of Hai Phong City to only 5 minutes.

As a key traffic project of Hai Phong, Hoang Gia Bridge not only helps to strengthen connectivity but also plays a strategic role in developing infrastructure in the North Cam River area, contributing to positioning Vinhomes Royal Island as an inseparable part of the core urban picture of the Port City.

A series of planning and infrastructure milestones that have important impacts on Vinhomes Royal Island are also being strongly promoted.

Including the Hai Phong Political - Administrative Center will move to the North of Cam River from April; Lai Xuan Bridge and Route 352 are expected to be completed in May, Ngo Quyen Bridge, the road connecting Do Muoi - Vu Yen Island continues to be expanded. These projects help increase connectivity and create a boost to strongly increase the value of Vinhomes Royal Island real estate, including The Miyabi.

The Miyabi villa is ready for handover, while The Komorebi subdivision is preparing to launch. This is an opportunity for investors and real buyers to own a Japanese-style villa at Vinhomes Royal Island.
