In Ha Tinh city, it is not difficult to see images of cars, motorbikes, and taxis stopping at bus stops to pick up and drop off passengers. This is an illegal act, causing traffic insecurity and needs to be corrected.

Point d, Clause 3, Article 5, Decree 100/2019/ND-CP regulating administrative sanctions for violations in the field of road and railway traffic stipulates: for drivers of cars and similar vehicles, a fine of VND 800,000 to VND 1,000,000 shall be imposed on drivers who stop or park their vehicles at bus pick-up and drop-off stops.
