"Memories of the Countryside" is a musical film about a boy born in a poor rural area who has been passionate about singing since childhood.
The film's story is connected by music, featuring folk-inspired songs such as "Homeland in Nostalgia," "River of Memories," "Mother's Gratitude," "Remembering Father in the Sweet Starfruit Season," "The Road Back to the Countryside," "Father's Unspoken Words," "Remembering Father in the Sweet Starfruit Season," and "Homeland River," performed by young singer Le Vinh Toan.
Throughout the film "Memories," Le Vinh Toan impressed audiences with his natural acting and emotional, sweet singing voice, making viewers feel deeply moved by each story in the film. Notably, "Memories" recreates Le Vinh Toan's dreams and a part of his real-life memories, his childhood, and his aspiration to become a singer.

Le Vinh Toan was born and raised in Nghe An province and is currently studying vocal music at the Vietnam National Academy of Music. The male singer experienced a youth filled with ups and downs, "with dark and tragic moments," but his love for music remained strong throughout those difficult times.
Dr. Tan Nhan, Meritorious Artist and Head of the Vocal Department at the Vietnam National Academy of Music, assessed Vinh Toan as possessing a rare and exceptionally expressive voice. Le Vinh Toan has good musical sense and sings very emotionally. The male singer shared that with "Memories of the Homeland," he wanted to pay tribute to his hometown of Nghe An, the people who have influenced his life and musical career, and also the painful and difficult experiences he has gone through.
"Memories" will be broadcast at 2:10 PM on December 26th on VTV1.
