Dan Phuong Commune dialogues and resolves many people's problems

The conference focused on clarifying existing people's livelihood issues, especially in the fields of land, traffic project progress, investment in cultural institutions and policy resolution.

At the conference, most of the people's opinions focused on a group of "hot" issues such as: Procedures for granting land use right certificates (red books); inadequacies in determining land area and financial obligations; and the unfinished construction status of a number of traffic projects.

Mr. Le Van Ha (Dong Van village) reported that his family has been using the land stably for more than 40 years, without any disputes, but has not yet been granted a red book. He requested the commune to support in resolving the issue.

Similarly, Mr. Nguyen Huu Long (village 2, Thuong Mo) raised the issue of difficulties in determining the area and paying land use tax for the land plot purchased in 1986, which was originally a pond, leading to difficulties in completing legal documents.

In addition, people in the villages of Doai Khe, Thu Que, and Hoa Chu requested the commune to pay attention to upgrading and expanding cultural institutions and historical relics. Many structures, after decades of use, have deteriorated, are cramped, and lack auxiliary items such as toilets and playgrounds. Some roads around the environmental pond are also proposed to be invested in soon to serve the travel and living needs of the community.

In response to the people's petitions, representatives of the departments and offices of Dan Phuong commune answered each content. Regarding the procedures for granting red books, Head of the Economic Department of the commune Nguyen Dong Hieu said that there are currently many cases of problems arising due to changes in land area over time or inconsistent origins of use. To support the people, the commune will advise on establishing a working group to go directly to the village cultural houses, instructing people to complete the documents right at the grassroots level, limiting the need to travel many times.

Regarding the slow progress of traffic projects, Director of the Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board Nguyen Tien Thanh provided detailed information on the status of each project, the reasons for the delay, and pledged to review and urge contractors to speed up the progress to complete the project soon, serving the needs of the people.

Regarding recommendations on cultural institutions and relic restoration, the commune leaders acknowledged and said they would include them in the medium-term investment plan, and at the same time coordinate with relevant units to mobilize appropriate resources, prioritizing the renovation of seriously degraded areas.

At the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council Nguyen Gia Hien emphasized that this is an important opportunity for the government to listen, share and promptly resolve difficulties for the people. The commune set the motto for the 2025-2030 term as "Modern - Effective - For the People", in which special attention is paid to administrative reform to serve the people most conveniently.

Mr. Nguyen Gia Hien said that the commune has requested officials and civil servants to directly guide people at the Public Administration Service Point; at the same time, it has increased the number of union members and youths with digital technology skills to support people in completing online applications. In the near future, specialized working groups on land will be deployed to each village to completely resolve outstanding problems.

The commune leaders requested the Commune Fatherland Front Committee to fully synthesize the recommendations so that the Commune Party Committee could issue a Notice of Conclusion, clearly assigning responsibilities to each department and office for handling according to regulations.
