Ha Giap Commune received nearly 2 billion VND in social security support.

On April 5th, Ha Giap commune, Phu Ninh district, held a conference to receive funding for social welfare development from the following businesses: Hoang Long - Hoan Vu Joint Venture Operating Company, Hai Duong Petroleum and Maritime Joint Stock Company, the Project Management Board of Block 1-2/97, and Khanh My Petroleum Operating Branch (all under the Vietnam Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Corporation). The total value of the social welfare package is nearly 2 billion VND.

Leaders of the Hoang Long - Hoan Vu Joint Venture Company presented the sponsorship funds.

The conference was attended by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh - Deputy Minister of Justice ; leaders of Phu Ninh district and sponsoring businesses.

Specifically, the Hoang Long - Hoan Vu Joint Venture Company sponsored 1.2 billion VND to build rural roads. The Hai Duong Oil and Gas Maritime Joint Stock Company sponsored 500 million VND to build a community center.

Hai Duong Petroleum and Maritime Joint Stock Company donated the sponsorship funds.

The Project Management Board of Block 1-2/97 contributed 200 million VND, and the Khanh My Oil and Gas Operating Branch contributed 50 million VND to renovate and upgrade the local market.

At the handover ceremony, leaders of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Corporation shared their suggestions and experiences to help the Party Committee, government, and people of Ha Giap commune build a more developed and prosperous homeland.

On behalf of the people of Ha Giap commune, the commune leaders pledge to use the above funds according to the prescribed plan.
