Gasoline price reduction from 3pm on July 17

DNVN - From 3:00 p.m. on July 17, according to the decision of the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance, domestic retail gasoline prices continued to be adjusted down, while kerosene prices increased slightly.

At the operating session on July 17, the management agency decided not to set aside and not to use the Price Stabilization Fund (BOG Fund) for all petroleum products.

Accordingly, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased by 178 VND/liter, to 19,481 VND/liter; RON 95 III gasoline also decreased by 165 VND/liter, with a new selling price of 19,925 VND/liter.

Gasoline prices will be adjusted down by 165-178 VND/liter from 3:00 p.m. on July 17, 2025.

Oil products were also adjusted: diesel oil decreased by 38 VND, down to 18,799 VND/liter; fuel oil decreased by 85 VND, down to 15,478 VND/kg. Only kerosene increased slightly by 58 VND, up to 18,429 VND/liter.

This adjustment took place in the context of many fluctuations in the world market, affected by factors such as military conflicts, OPEC+ demand forecasts and US tax policies. The average world price of finished products in the past period recorded a decrease in gasoline and diesel products, while kerosene increased slightly.
