The Nghia Tru Commune Police Headquarters has 2 floors with a total floor area of 737m2. In addition, the project also has auxiliary items such as: Parking shed, gate, fence, concrete yard... with a total investment of more than 14 billion VND. After more than 5 months of construction, the project was completed and put into use. The project is designed in a modern style, suitable for the functions, tasks, and characteristics of the work and combat of the Commune Police force, ensuring effective service for security and order at the grassroots level, contributing to the economic, cultural and social development of the locality.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, General To Lam, Politburo member and Minister of Public Security, congratulated the officers and soldiers of Nghia Tru Commune Police on having a new, spacious and modern office building. He also emphasized that the investment and construction of Nghia Tru Commune Police Headquarters is a project demonstrating the determination of the Ministry of Public Security, the dedication and responsibility of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the determination and proactiveness of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of Hung Yen Provincial Police in implementing Resolution No. 12 of the Politburo on building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite and modern Public Security force, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation. The Minister requested Nghia Tru Commune Police to enhance their sense of responsibility, use the building with the motto "preserve well, use durably", build a green - clean - beautiful headquarters, serve well the work, fight, achieve many feats, preserve the peaceful and happy life of the people.

On this occasion, Minister To Lam expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province, and authorities at all levels in the province for always paying attention and creating favorable conditions for the police force to excellently complete its assigned tasks. At the same time, he hoped that the leaders of the Hung Yen provincial government would continue to pay attention, create conditions, arrange funding, and speed up the implementation of the project to build working headquarters for the communal police force in the province; ensuring that by the end of 2025, 100% of the communal, ward, and town police in the province will have invested in and built working headquarters, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
