According to initial information, at around 8:30 p.m. on April 15, a 5-seat car traveling on Highway 51 (from Long Thanh District to Bien Hoa City) suddenly flipped over after passing Long Binh Tan Bridge (Long Binh Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City). The incident did not cause any casualties but damaged the car and caused local traffic congestion on Highway 51. It was not until 0:00 a.m. on April 16 that the authorities completed the evacuation.
