On the morning of December 28th, the Provincial Council for the Awarding of Literature and Arts Prizes named after the scholar Le Quy Don for the periods 2012-2017 and 2017-2022 held a conference to report on the results of the preliminary and final judging rounds; discuss the results of the judging rounds and vote on the judging results to determine the winning works. During the competition period, the Council received a total of 143 works in 8 categories: prose, poetry, music, fine arts, photography, architecture, folk art, and theater. Of these, 63 works were submitted during the 2012-2012 period and 80 works during the 2017-2022 period. 105 works in the following categories were deemed eligible for awards: prose, poetry, music, fine arts, photography, architecture, folk art, and theater. Throughout the preliminary and final judging processes, the judging panel members adhered strictly to the judging regulations, ensuring objectivity, impartiality, and fairness. The Provincial Literature and Arts Association regularly monitored public opinion and addressed issues and concerns regarding the awarding of prizes. The final results will be published on the provincial electronic portal, Thai Binh Newspaper, the website of the Provincial Association of Literature and Arts, and posted at the headquarters of the Provincial Association of Literature and Arts for 15 days.

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Pham Van Nghiem, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Chairman of the Council, emphasized that after a scientific , serious, and objective working process aimed at finding literary and artistic works with widespread influence, the final results will be announced soon. Following the consensus reached during the announcement of the results, an awards ceremony will be held, providing encouragement to the winning authors as well as those who did not win, motivating them to strive and work harder in their artistic endeavors.

He believed that literary and artistic works, when embraced and accepted by the public, would contribute positively to fulfilling political tasks, developing the economy and society, and enhancing the intellect, emotions, and aesthetic sense of the people.
