On June 2, the Binh Thuan Police Investigation Agency said that they are investigating a case in which a group of teenage girls attacked another girl with an electric shock device despite her crying and begging.

In recent days, social media has been buzzing with a clip of a group of young girls shouting loudly, kicking a young girl lying curled up on the ground, and even using a tool to press against her body.

As observed in the clip, this tool emits a beam of light and makes a “crackling” sound. When this tool is pressed against the young woman, she curls up, rolls around, cries, and begs, but the group still does not stop.

The incident happened in the evening and the location was reported to be in Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province.

After the clip appeared, the Criminal Police Department of Binh Thuan Province Police and other professional units began to verify. The police identified the girls in the clip and invited them to come in for questioning.

Initially, the authorities determined that the incident occurred at a location in Duc Long Ward, Phan Thiet City. Initial information indicated that the group consisted of 7 girls, aged 14-15. The victims were also acquainted with the group and had all dropped out of school. The police seized an electric shock-emitting device.

The case is currently being investigated by the police. The police have also invited the parents of the girls to come and take custody of them and work together to handle the case according to regulations.
