Providing rice and goods to support Tuyen Quang and Quang Ngai in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters

On the afternoon of October 30, the Ministry of Finance issued a press release informing about the provision of rice, goods, and equipment to support the two provinces of Tuyen Quang and Quang Ngai to overcome the consequences caused by rain and floods.

Specifically, implementing Decision No. 3676/QD-BTC of the Ministry of Finance , the State Reserve Department has decided to assign the task to the State Reserve Sub-Department of Region 4 to provide nearly 704 tons of national reserve rice to the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province to support people in overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10.

The location for receiving and delivering national reserve rice is at the center of commune-level administrative units (communes, wards, and special zones under the provincial level) according to the local allocation plan. The deadline for completing the delivery and receipt of national reserve rice is November 25, 2025.

On the same day, the State Reserve Department also issued a decision to assign the State Reserve Sub-Department of Region 10 to issue (free of charge) materials and equipment from the national reserve to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province to respond to incidents, natural disasters and search and rescue.

Goods include: 1 set of DT3 speedboats; 20 sets of ^24.5m2 lightweight life-saving tents; 2,000 round lifebuoys; 4,000 life jackets; 40 lightweight life rafts; 2 sets of concrete drilling machines; 5 sets of fire-fighting water pumps; 3 sets of various generators; 2 sets of drilling and cutting equipment; 33 sets of rescue rope launching equipment.

The location for receiving and delivering materials and equipment is at the national reserve warehouse, on the means of transport of the unit assigned to receive. Implementation period is until November 30, 2025.
