Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism allows the Vietnam Film Institute to provide 10 Vietnamese films for non-profit promotional screening in the United States from October 18 to 31 at the Metrograph Cinema, New York, United States.
Vietnamese films scheduled to be shown include: "When October Comes", produced by Vietnam Feature Film Factory in 1984; "The Town Within Reach", produced by Vietnam Feature Film Factory in 1983; " Hanoi Baby", produced by Vietnam Feature Film Factory in 1974; "Wandering Circus", produced by Liberation Film Studio in 1989; "One River", produced by Vietnam Feature Film Factory in 1959; "Hanoi in Whose Eyes", produced by Vietnam Feature Film Factory in 1983; "The Last Hope", produced by Vietnam Feature Film Factory in 1981; "Please Forgive Me", produced by Young Cinema Center in 1992; "Deserves the Fox", produced by Vietnam Animation Studio in 1959; "The Talking Starling", produced by Vietnam Animation Studio in 1967.

Through films shown and promoted in the United States, international audiences will better understand the Vietnamese people and culture. Practical activities in 2025 will mark the 30th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the United States.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests that the Vietnam Film Institute and Metrograph Cinema not provide films to other units or exploit them in any form without permission from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
