The working group visited the remaining 14 households subject to forced eviction to disseminate information about the government's policy on land acquisition for the project to transform Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban, commercial, and service area and improve the environment. They also explained the regulations regarding compensation and support when the government acquires land, aiming to help the residents better understand the process.
As of 4 PM on the same day, 12 out of 14 households had agreed to sign a commitment to voluntarily dismantle their structures and hand over the land.
Regarding the remaining two households, later that evening, while inspecting the land clearance work at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, the Chairman of Tran Bien Ward People's Committee, Nguyen Duy Tan, directly listened to the residents' requests and explained the situation, persuading and encouraging them to hand over the land to avoid the need for forced eviction, which would cause damage to their property and finances.
The leaders of the People's Committee of Tran Bien ward also directed the relevant agencies to review the records of these two households. Regarding Mr. P.T.D.'s household, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tran Bien ward instructed the relevant agencies to remeasure the current situation as requested by the household on the same afternoon.
After the land was re-measured, Mr. PTĐ's household agreed to sign a commitment to hand over the land.
"Currently, only one household remains that has not agreed to hand over the land in the first phase of forced eviction at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park. This household was scheduled for eviction on July 18th, therefore, on July 17th, the Tran Bien Ward People's Committee did not need to organize the eviction because all households in the eviction plan (July 17th) had already handed over the land."

"For the remaining households that do not agree to voluntarily dismantle their structures and hand over the land, the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward will organize the forced demolition as planned on July 18th," emphasized Nguyen Duy Tan, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward.
Thus, after two days of issuing the enforcement plan and focusing on propaganda and persuasion before organizing the enforcement (scheduled from July 17 to 19), 22 out of 23 cases subject to the first phase of land reclamation enforcement at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park have handed over the land. This brings the total number of households that have handed over land at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park to 319 out of 355 households.
