According to Tien Lang Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Co., Ltd., in August and September 2025, the company coordinated with the People's Committees of Quyet Thang, Tan Minh, Tien Minh and Tien Lang communes to organize propaganda and mobilize cases of violations of the protection corridor of irrigation works at canals in the area to voluntarily dismantle. As a result, 30 cases of violations of the protection corridor of irrigation works that existed from 2024 or earlier were self-cleared, returning the current status of the site to the management unit.

The main violations are setting up camps to sell goods, wash cars, and gather scrap... Of which, on the central irrigation canal, Tien Cuong - Tu Cuong canal through Quyet Thang commune, there are 20 cases; on Dai Thang, Khoi Nghia, Bach Dang, and Tien Thanh canals, there are 10 cases.

There are currently 3 cases of violations of the protection corridor of irrigation works on Bac Phong canal, Tan Minh commune. The company is continuing to coordinate with the locality to mobilize people to self-clear.

After the clearance, the company set up markers to protect the corridor of the irrigation works to prevent re-encroachment, combined with clearing grass, trash, duckweed, and clearing the flow of canals.

On this occasion, Tien Lang Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Co., Ltd. deployed dredging of 3 main canals including: Khue canal, Phuong Doi canal, Bach Dang, Tan Minh, Tien Minh, with a total length of nearly 10 km; repaired My Loc pumping station, Tien Minh commune; repaired some hard canals after the electric pumping station and some internal culverts.
