320 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts for children in Trang Yok village

On September 27, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Dak Lak Branch (Vietcombank Dak Lak) organized a Mid-Autumn Festival gift giving ceremony for children in Trang Yok village, Krong No commune.

On this occasion, Vietcombank Dak Lak also visited and presented gifts to Mr. Y Krai Kra Janh, a prestigious person in Trang Yok village (retired due to old age); awarded two "sowing seeds of love" scholarships to students in difficult circumstances worth 3 million VND each; and presented gifts to the Trang Yok village Self-management Board.

The total value of the program is more than 40 million VND. In addition, the unit also mobilized and donated many books, clothes, shoes, and toys to poor households and students in difficult circumstances in the village.

Trang Yok is known to be a revolutionary base village. The whole village currently has 137 households, with nearly 700 people; of which, ethnic minorities account for 99%. Vietcombank Dak Lak is a sister unit, accompanying the people of Trang Yok village since 2004.

Over the past 21 years, the unit has regularly organized many meaningful activities and programs to help and support the people of Trang Yok village such as visiting and giving Tet and Mid-Autumn gifts to children and poor households; giving scholarships to students in difficult circumstances; building water tanks, cultural houses, giving seedlings to poor households... to share difficulties and strengthen the solidarity between the two units.
