400 delegates attended the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province

On the morning of November 7, at the regular press conference of Lam Dong province, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province announced that the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province, term 2025 - 2030, will have 400 delegates attending.

Accordingly, the congress was held from November 24 to 25 in Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat ( Lam Dong province). Of the total 400 delegates attending, there were 208 ex-officio delegates, 174 delegates elected by the Vietnam Fatherland Front of communes, wards, and special zones (accounting for 43.5%), 12 delegates representing member organizations, and 6 appointed delegates.

Currently, the entire Lam Dong province has consulted to elect 6,774 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level for the 2025-2030 term (a decrease of 25.3% compared to before implementing the 2-level local government model for the 2024-2029 term).

Of these, 2,088 are female members, accounting for 30.82%; 2,472 are non-party members, accounting for 36.8%; 1,502 are ethnic minority members, accounting for 22.17%; 1,567 are religious members, accounting for 23.13%...
