(NLDO) - On the evening of January 24 (December 25), the Tao Dan Spring Flower Festival in Ho Chi Minh City, Tet At Ty 2025 officially opened.
For nearly half a century, Tao Dan Spring Flower Festival has become a familiar meeting place for city residents every traditional Tet holiday. This place brings together thousands of colorful flowers, combined with contemporary artistic creations, bringing a wonderful experience for the public to welcome a new year of peace and prosperity.
The 45th Spring Flower Festival with the theme "Brocade and flower country, happy spring" will be held from January 24, 2025 (December 25, year of the Dragon) to February 2, 2025 (the 5th day of the Lunar New Year, year of the Snake).
In addition to exotic flowers and plants from all over, the 2025 Spring Flower Festival also brings many new points in design, using environmentally friendly materials, creating unique highlights with beautiful miniature landscapes.
Looking from Nguyen Thi Minh Khai gate, you can see the symbolic image of this year's zodiac: a snake family with a basket of happy flowers, conveying a message of reunion, love, and connection full of hope in the new year.
For the first time, photographer Tran The Phong introduces the photo collection "50 years - Flower seasons" with beautiful moments, showing the positive marks of the city in its development journey.
The exhibition space with the theme "Journey of Time" reviews the proud milestones on the 45-year journey of the Spring Flower Festival becoming a practical part of the spiritual life of many generations of the public.
The collection of artistic Porcelain flowers at the 45th Spring Flower Festival will delight locals and visitors, especially with works such as An Lac, which is over 10 years old, and two original Xuan Ky trees, which are 14 years old.
The collection of red dragon orchids, one of the unique flowers in both color and fragrance, is arranged into a small street named "Orchid Alley" full of art with light and mist leading visitors to the Hung King Temple - a sacred place like returning to the source, to peace and happiness right from the first days of the new year.
On the very first opening night, thousands of visitors flocked to the Spring Flower Festival to enjoy the exotic flowers and plants, capturing memorable moments with family and friends.
