DNVN - On September 23, in Bac Ninh, the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations coordinated with the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education to organize a workshop with the theme "Promoting scientific and technological innovation activities associated with promoting learning, talent and building a learning society".

According to Bac Ninh Newspaper, Radio and Television, the event attracted the participation of representatives of departments, branches, scientists , experts and lecturers from many universities and colleges in the area.

In recent years, scientific and technological innovation activities in Bac Ninh have made many remarkable strides, especially the research emulation movement among students, young intellectuals and technical staff. Many research projects, technical initiatives and innovative models from Bac Ninh have won high prizes at provincial, national and international competitions.

Along with that, the system of Learning Promotion Associations at all levels in the province always plays a core role in promoting lifelong learning, building models of learning promotion - talent promotion and promptly honoring and rewarding individuals and groups with outstanding achievements.

At the workshop, delegates focused on discussing many important contents such as: promoting scientific research in educational institutions, promoting creative activities and STEM education in schools, encouraging the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship among young people, improving the quality of scientific research among students as well as discovering and nurturing talents in science and technology.

Many opinions emphasized the solution of increasing investment in facilities and equipment for research, study and innovation; at the same time, promoting the role of intellectuals and scientists in orienting, consulting and spreading the creative movement associated with building a learning society. This is considered an important driving force to stimulate the creative emulation movement in the context of strong development of science and technology.

This workshop is not only an opportunity to share practical experiences but also to propose many solutions to strengthen the connection between scientific and technological innovation activities and the movement to encourage learning and talent, thereby building a solid foundation for the development of intellectual human resources, contributing to promoting the comprehensive development of Bac Ninh province in the period of integration and innovation.
